Types of data collected
Among the types of personal data this Website collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: cookies and identifiers; usage data (IP address, requested URLs, browser and operating system, access times); data voluntarily provided through forms (first name, last name, email, address, phone, message); registration and authentication data (username, password, language, profile picture); platform usage data (chat logs, suggested products, commissions earned by Experts, feedback and ratings). Some data may be required to deliver the service: failing to provide it may make it impossible to fulfil the request.
Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed to: deliver the requested service, manage user registration and authentication, manage contacts and send messages, reply to support requests, monitor the infrastructure, gather aggregated statistics about usage, comply with legal obligations, exercise rights in court and detect fraudulent activity. Contact data is retained for the time needed to reply to the request and in any case for no more than 24 months.

Under EU Regulation 2016/679 you have the right to: withdraw consent at any time, object to processing, access your data, verify its accuracy and request rectification, restrict processing, request erasure, request portability to another controller and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Such requests are free of charge and will be answered by the Owner within one month. You can request account deletion by sending an email to privacy@helpforshopping.com with subject 'Delete Account'.
